EHS Thespian Boosters Meeting Minutes: 1/14/2016 Attendance: Lisa Worthy, April Clark, Julia Gamble, Wendy Dever, Laura Gross, Paula Webb, Bill Shaw, Claudia Romero, Jennine Brandt, Tammy Meyers
Meeting was held at PDQ on night of Fundraiser. Discussion: Financial Report: Wendy reported that the current balance in the booster account is: $936. December Balance: $6167 Check to Florida state Thespians: $5231 That covers registration for the conference and show tickets Students to pay $300 to cover hotel and transportation – DUE: 2/15/16 payable to EHS Bus: $250 total (school bus to drop off in Tampa on Wednesday and come back to pick us up on Sunday Hotel: $196 a night – 11 rooms for 4 nights Waiting for Godot Dates: 2/11-13 Playbill Ads – would like each thespian to sell $100 of adds; playbill sponsor packets were distributed and Tammy will distribute to the students Set construction: 1/23 for 10am – 4 pm Venue – Tammy is still thinking about trying to find an off site location Fundraising: Next fundraiser – Monday 2/15/16; 5-9pm Showcase of State Pieces Possible dates: 2nd week of March? Perhaps the 8th Next Meeting: Monday, February 15, 2016 at Piesano’s – meet at the Hunter’s Crossing location 7 pm.
